Thaliwe’s trading enterprise had a new venture creation L4 project with Agriseta for the financial period 2015-2016 with a cooperative at Mmakau, North West, training 13 candidates.

Hosting and mentoring over 100 interns and work integrated learning students for in various mining and mineral processing disciplines at different mines since 2015 till current. Executing a Plant Production Level 1 training project with MQA for 100 learners for the financial period 2021-2022 for unemployed youth at Kanana in Rustenburg, Majakaneng and Mmaka in the North West.
